Is it just me, but when your a site supporter you seem to get a lot more message and opportunities. Anyone else find this and have answers why?
Is this something you yourself look to check if the other person is and why? |

i find i get more interest in my profile when i'm actively posting in the forums or when new pictures are uploaded.
Dont know if its anything to do with being a site supported. |

Thats a fair point, I am more active when I become a supporter, when it runs out I am not on as often. |

I think it shows that you're a little more genuine if you're willing to fork out a fiver every now and again, although its not proof that you're genuine. I think being picture verified and verified by meeting other members is still the best way to attract more messages from people. Also, having an active presence here in the forums helps too.

We tend to look for the site supporter medallion as, although it only costs a fiver to get it, it is one less chance the person behind the profile is less than genuine.
Fakers and weirdos are less likely (but not unlikely, we know) to spend £5 on each and every profile they set up to catch out the unlucky ones, as that can start getting expensive...

You take a photo of yourself hold a piece of paper with your username and 'fabswingers.com' on it and submit it for photo verification. Personally I think it should be the first pic anyone uploads. |

It's kinda like putting a face to a username, also when uploading pics in future it can be verified that it is truly you and not a random pic of a model you found online. |
