Not that I’m pushing drugs but diazepam really helped me when my anxiety was bad.

Pressure point bands and acupuncture are also good

Delightful Bliss

Wooden beaded bracelets for men work, you can twist, twang, roll, or count the beads when an attack is coming on

I have a lava stone bracelet after trying lots of love it. But I'm a tactile person so just the fact I can run my fingers over it and play with it helps me. Also they are really good for applying oils to bought a anxiety just a couple drops. They aren't strong so you won't be walking around stinking of them.

What’s the worse that can happen? Anxiety can give you the rush to be the funniest most charismatic person in the room. Gives you edge. People want to love you not hate you.

Other than that take plenty of sleep and fresh air. Don’t put your faith in baubles and trinkets x

I take your point on board but I agree. I don't think you fully understand how anxiety works.

Have you every walked into a room only to feel that every person in that toom is looking at you, begging yourself dart out the door as fast as your legs can carry you only to be screamed at by the devil on your shoulder telling you if you leave they be talking about you.

So you stay the room is spinning you paint on this mask in attempt to hide how horrifically terrified you are..

Yes what happens next is called nervous energy you pretend your the most condifident man in the room you crack jokes be a bit of a nuts case but when there's noone looking you wipe a small tear away from your eye and try to leave quietly without anybody noticing.

Your home all you can think about is what did these people think of you, what are they saying.

You can't sleep, you can't eat the next day the struggle continues only this time its worse because

1.your tired from lack of sleep

2.in the back if your mind is what I a bump into one of these people I seen last night

E.K . Glasgow

Search for cognitive behaviour therapy courses through your local health service . I’ve done a couple of them one which was just a lecture theatre where you mostly listened following notebooks the other was a class group 8 folk to 2 professionals more personal not every one coped with the later it ended up a 4 to 2 ratio . I’ve learned to recognise when my anxiety levels rising and can control them way better than I used too . Good luck op .

Hi. I am wearing a lava bracelet! As someone else said, you can put a drop or 2 of aromatherapy oil on the beads, or twirl them. Anything that relaxes really.

Complementary therapies such as reiki may help you too, as would CBT as someone else said. There are meditation sessions on YouTube also.

Same thing different description "

It's not actually.

I do Understand that you are trying to say imbrace your anxiety and it makes you who you are but your comments come across as rather crass.

Hi

Have you considered talking therapy at all? Anxiety is at an all time high at the moment , not surprising given the last 18 months or so. I hope you manage to find something to help x
