My body just loves fresh parsley. I get a feeling of being fed pure nutrition when I eat it.......
I put it into tabbouleh often along with fresh mint that sends me apoplectic when the aroma reaches me from the garden.
Nothing beats basil ...... raw or baked onto a delcious marinara pizza......
Ras al hanout brings everything alive to me ...... even sprinkled on an open sandwhich .... |

I love ras el hanout. I've half a dozen different blends, my favourite having tiny rose petals in it. I use it a lot! |

It’s basically just a spice mix! I used to be vegan and loved marinating aubergine steaks in it |

Don’t normally have any time for cloves and nutmeg. Had a bad experience with nutmeg as a teenager and cloves just remind me of mulled wine, but I do use the odd one in things like lamb dhansak if using Cardomon seeds and cinnamon it works well with them to add warmth without heat

It's a genetic mutation. A certain variant which makes the odour receptor for aldehydes very sensitive. |
