I don't know if it's the me-too Whedon effect or just overfamiliarity, but I've found it harder going on my third watcharound. Yeah the female characters are all powerful and individuals but they're also portrayed as sexy clichés a bit (vamp Inara, tomboy Kayleigh, weird chick River etc).
