Alien and Escape from New York is where most people would’ve known him from or the Dad in Pretty in Pink.
If you’re a film fan probably Paris/ Texas is his best performance. |

Alien and Escape from New York is where most people would’ve known him from or the Dad in Pretty in Pink.

Aidan Gillen and Jack Gleeson from Game of Thrones both appear in the Batman Trilogy.
Jack Gleeson is in the first one as the little boy that Batman gives one of his gadgets to.
Aidan Gillen is in the third one as the CIA agent in charge of the plane that Bane crashes at the start. |

Shaun Toub who plays Ho Yinsen in the Iron Man films is the guy from behind the counter in the chemist scene in the first Bad Boys film. Wasn't until I re-watched Bad boys I realised that I knew him. |

Jean Claude Van Dam played the predator in the original film before he either walked or was fired (accounts vary) part way through filming, the scenes where the predator is transparent but you see no dreadlocks is him...

Columbo: Spielberg, Jeff goldblum, Kim catrall, Paltrow,
Murder she wrote: Joaquin Phoenix, Bryan Cranston, Linda Hamilton, courtenay cox, clooney.

Two famous actors appeared as policemen in two separate and very different films very early in their careers, uncredited.
Michael Caine appeared as a young cop in The Wrong Arm of the Law, a Peter Sellers classic, about bogus cops robbing thieves.
Nicholas Parsons, appeared as a young cop in The Long Arm aka The Third Key.
This superb film is about a guy who makes a third key for each safe he produces and then robs them after retiring and faking his death. Jack Hawkins and John Stanton star in a documentary style thriller that is frequently broadcast on TPTV.Well worth a look. |
