Just loose the will. Can't be bothered. Even feel nervous about the day ahead.

Yeah, plenty of times. Sometimes I succumb to it but more often then not I know I'll be ok once I get out and get going

Occasionally, yes. Working from home doesn't always help those feelings either especially if it's a quiet day. You're definitely not alone x

Every bloody day.

But then having depression and anxiety will do that to you.

However, I will say it can be beaten with regular FAB playmates, hint, hint.

I was lucky enough to change my working pattern so i g get every Wednesday off. So I'm never more than 2 days from a day off. Its made all the difference

I often feel like that but I'm lucky enough to have a good friend who I usually call and when she picks up 8/10 times she says " I'm glad you phoned you'll never guess what I've gone and Done today" and hey presto my day wasn't that bad at all
