Seen them I done my ankle Sunday to warm for a bar sliped out my hands on overhead behind the neck press hit my shoulder and twisted my self round ankle is swollen and black and blue definitely done damage maybe even broke |

"The snatch always frightens me when their shoulders go that far back on the lift. The strength they have to stabilise it is insane  "
It was always funny watching the big guys, who had lost all their shoulder and thoracic mobility from 'concentrating' on their bench press, eat humble pie when they couldn't overhead squat an empty bar or even a piece of pvc pipe. The athleticism required to compete to even a moderate level is incredible. |
