Which adaptations did you enjoy?

I'll submit the street fighter film. It's not a great film but I enjoyed it and Raul Julia's portrayal of Bison was worth it.

The film of Withnail and I is crackin.

I enjoyed Warcraft but hate that there's no sequel as I felt they set up for one rather well.

George Lucas's imagination is fantastic.

Wirral

Rebecca, the Laurence Olivier version. Completely captured her awkwardness and gauche shyness.

Oh, another Daphne DuMaurier: Don't Look Now. Much better on film.

Stand by Me: a nothing of a short story but a fantastic film.

The lord of the rings. The Tolkien family wasnt keen on it. But... still the best trilogy in film history. Fight me!

The Shining. Stephen King hated it, an amazing horror film.

The woman in black on stage/theatre is amazing!

The Warriors video game of the film was so good!

Resident evil 1 the movie. Wasn't as bad as most people made it out.
