What’s the best thing/compliment that was said to you? And by who? And what about the worst (if you feel like sharing)?
The best thing I got told was “I can SEE you,
And I see you are a woman to me ”
Close to what my sister said to me which she said “I’ve always known” and cried in happiness
I mean it’s nice to hear compliments like u are beautiful or smart but they aren’t the best ones really.
Worst things, well I’ve got a fucking list (from ex’s too) but the worst was from someone I rejected in person and said like
“If u believe someone is interested in u, in more than just using you in the bedroom, he’s full of shit”
Kinda hit my Achilles heel.
And the classic “but you are a man and nothing can change that”
To them nasties, I say, fuck you BIG TIME sirs |

Once somebody I worked for told me I was 'unbossable' which was meant as a negative but I took as a huge compliment!
I've probably blocked out the most hurtful things but being told I looked like Phil Collins wasn't great.  |

I honestly couldn't say the best compliment. They tend not to sit too comfortably with me, a hangover from a some what praise lacking childhood. The most hurtful is easily silence, when someone I'd considered a friend, hasn't spoken up for me or similar. |

I've also been complimented on my ability to accompany a singer and back them up, ebb and flow (on guitar) rather than try to impose my playing on their timing. When playing music, I listen and flow with others. Which I bloody know of course but it's nice to be told. |

Worst was - "You fuck like alan partridge."
Said by someone i wasn't into & didn't have the spine to be honest with when i was younger.  |

My ex, after we'd divorced amicably, said "you have mostly been a good dad to out kids, and were never unkind to me." I guess that qualifies as a plus.
It's gonna sound like a humblebrag but I honestly can't recall anybody ever saying anything horribly critical about me. |

Worst another ex blowing me out for my cousin 
On here, best a lovely lady telling my I’m probably the perfect mix of fluffy and filthy
And the worst an horrendous couple calling me a war criminal and baby killer |
