I love the energy and optimism around doing new things, starting new projects, and of course new relationships and connections.

What have you recently started, or done for the first time, that's got your mojo working again ?

I have learnt a new chord on the guitar, it has taken me to new and interesting musical landscapes that I never dreamed of venturing before.

This is a brilliant version by Curtis Mayfield.

I completely changed career 2 years ago and was hating being back to square one and pretty much out of touch with reality.

Decided at the start of this year, I would go back to what I trained in, but a different industry. And I’ve never felt better!

Just a bonus that it is good for the environment also!

Yes, one new thing so often leads to other, unexpected surprises.

I was supposed to have started CBT today but it's been re-arranged to later in the week.

Despite the delay that sounds like a big and very positive step. All the best for the first one.

Well done ! Changing jobs or careers is always risky so you must be so pleased it's worked out.

It's basically the same as the James Brown chord with more attitude. It's an E7 with an added something. Same chord in Purple Haze and Sex Machine.

I started horse riding again in February. I rode from the age of about 2 until I was pregnant with my daughter. I never restarted after my post-baby disability happened because I didn't think I'd be able to get on

Anyway, I found a centre aimed at people with disabilities and although I get on the wrong way round and need a bit of help, I can do it! My core strength has improved massively since starting riding again

You did it ! Very pleased for you and a little jealous- I love riding (basic level) but it’s been too long.

I'm going out on a long, fast hack on Thursday morning

You never forget how to ride, Leo. Give it a go!

I was a tad hesitant about posting this because it's slightly lowering the tone and even though it is a site for smushing body parts, I didn't want to be *that* person. Anyway, I've started exploring a part of my sexuality and in a slightly odd way it's given me more confidence, in an altogether more predictable way my mojo has increased. It's nice feeling that way again.
