A great original post and very liberating 
I tend to look at myself as a whole and don't focus on one area. In tha past I found when I did get caught up in self critical analysis it magnified the issue out of proportion, plus it then highlighted it to others when they didn't see it in the first place.
I have found that I have a much healthier relationship with myself this way, the inner critic is now mute ipso facto I have a much healthier relationship with those around me. Win win  Elle x |

Actually, tbh totally honest, the bit of me I love least is a part that isn't visible in photos, but I believe does show itself in person.
That part is my brain. I'm a shy, anxious, overthinking introvert... and I hate it as it holds me back in so many ways and I feel often displays its self as disinterest, when it's usually the exact opposite.
I'm fighting it though, pushing myself into situations I wouldn't have been able to cope with before and I'm getting there.
I'm starting to feel good about myself, body and mind |

I used to keep a picture like this hidden. If it looked like I might be getting physical with anyone,I would show them this picture to avoid the embarrassment of their reaction.

There is no such thing as a perfect body. I mean the body many of us hold up as the ideal in years past would not have been. We forget that trends etc change. When we try to strive for perfection your best feels like a failure and we miss out on how amazing we are.
And this counts for everyone of every gender x
