Check out DDP yoga. It’s yoga designed for people who don’t think they can do yoga. Highly recommended and I’m not on commission lol

I was on the wall by the tracks overlooking the sea...the train tunnel is about 50m behind me...I heard it coming and was trying to get into pose...why stop?!
