What can’t you sleep without? Can be anything really
I can’t sleep without a cover/sheet/blanket and also can’t sleep without a white noise going on (usually a fan) as total silence is worse…
Also I struggle if I leave doors open, like a wardrobe door? Fuck that it needs to be sealed shut lol |

FFS Leo don't say his name to her "
I’ve been so good, I almost spent 24 hours without mentioning his name, but no, temptation literally
Around every thread lol
…oh , Jack Grealish …!!! |

I have to have my back & shoulders covered, even when it's roasting
I sleep with my legs out though, whatever the temperature
A sleeping bag would be torture for me
I need Alexa on low and I need to know the dog is sleeping before I nod off |

"CBD and HAVE to be listening to something
CBD like we know what it is what is it "
Cannabis oil (the good principle tho, not the THC which is the one that gets you high)
It’s supposed to relax you |

I need the radio on it’s lowest volume setting so you can barely hear it.
The window has to be open to the “air” opening crack, so you can get an occasional breeze but the insect population can’t squeeze through and have a party on my face.
I need two pillows.
Bedroom door slightly ajar.
Duvet.
And Zzzzzz I’m good to go |

"Can't lie I once fell asleep washing my hands in a work toilet. I can sleep any where any time under any circumstance "
oh dear. I perfected falling asleep on the loo with my head on the edge of the bath. Just a short forty winks, but you wake with a massive dent in your forehead |

Can't sleep without having a window open, regardless of the temperature outside Could be blizzard heavy rain, snow it needs to be open and me covered in my duvet leaving a little gap so I'm able to breathe. |

Me too (mrs) have to have the window open..Mr PD hates the window being open due to it being noisy when a car goes past so he sleeps with a pillow over his head.. |

Absence of light. Can't stand light spilling in the room, so all the windows have heavy blackout blinds.
Noise used to be a problem when younger, but I find I'm more used to it now.
I went potholing once, and I was in a pitch black cave, with almost no noise and zero light. It was perfect. I could have slept for days. Never felt so relaxed. |

I can't sleep with any light. I need silence. And two very soft fluffy pillows. I have white noise that comes off the baby monitor and it drives me crazy! And a snoring partner. I have to wedge earplugs deep into my brain to get some sleep. |
