"Who else feels lost today "
For the first time in a long time I actually feel like I've got a sense of direction.
I've recently started a new job, I've returned to the swinging community after 30 years, and when my landlady moves to Clacton in a couple of months she wants me to move with her. This is important as she's conformed that once there I'll be able to bring ladies back to play.
However, for those who feel lost and a little directionless at the minute remember this. Nothing lasts forever. Something will change because that's what life does, it changes.
And when it does, embrace the good times and make the most of them.
I'm no councillor by the way, but if anyone is really struggling feel free to message me. I'm always happy to listen even if I don't have any answers. |

I think maybe it’s the not being able to plan anything in so long, if you did it came crashing down around you so it gives you that wandering aimlessly feeling, think positive, try to find things to fill your days, I feel things are starting to slowly return to normal, so hopefully people can start to see a way forward |

The situation is as follows. At the minute we're in Colchester and her adult daughter is living with us so there's not much privacy. But when we move daughter isn't coming with us so it will just be us two.
I've always been honest with her and she knows I swing. The place we're moving to is more spacious and there will be enough privacy for me to bring someone back to play. She's a single lady and, although she doesn't swing, will at some point have a boyfriend.
We had an honest and open discussion about it and have agreed that we're both adults who like sex, and it doesn't make sense for us to not be able to bring a partner back just because either she or I are in at the same time.
To be clear, we're not involved but we are good friends who trust each other and we're totally honest about everything. |
