just poured myself some ice cold semi skimmed... its heaven.
Been ages since i've had a glass. Do you ever drink it or does it only ever go in drinks or with cereal? |

I used to drink it with a little bit of sugar
because our family have genetic problems passed to all of us even our children we drink a lot of milk
I dont drink that much any more being older, however i make my son drink a pint a day |

Have to get plenty of calcium down me to stave off osteomalacia, so yes... as much milk dairy and stuff as I can and I take prescribed supplements too

I only went from skimmed milk up to semi skimmed because of little one. Full fat would make me gag.. and thats like unheard of for me   |
