Name one strength and one weakness of yours without overthinking it.
What first springs to mind?
Strength- calm in others' crisis.
Weakness- not very forgiving.

I'm my own worst critic and I have been told by everyone that I need to just chill out.
But by being my own worst critic I have pushed myself to be better and at this point I'm terrified that if I stop trying to be better then what am I? |

Yes, it is. I’m deceptively strong physically, but also mentally in many ways, but that’s tempered by the slightly insecure side. |

Strength: persuasiveness. I find it easy to sell my vision in work and get buy in on business cases.
Weakness: low boredom threshold. I never want to finish what I start because I'd rather move on to the next fascinating thing. |

I can't distinguish between the strength and weaknesses. My greatest strengths are also my greatest weaknesses. It very much depends on the situation and people involved which one it is.
For me my greatest strength/weakness is my openess. |
