Looking forward to the end of the school hols?
I have no kids but have been waiting patiently - if only for the reasons below!!
1. I will be able to drive into any town/city centre and be able to find a parking space in under 2 hours.
2. The queues at Starbucks will be significantly shorter.
3. The number of times my ankles get rammed into by women with pushchairs trying to keep control of multiple rugrats will reduce massively!
4. There will be less annoying, chubby little buggers running aimlessly across the road around the corner forcing me into emergency stop/borderline whiplash incidents.
5. Several aquaintences who are partial to the odd daytime meet will now be able to resume normal activities now they're free from the little horrors!!
6. A couple of teachers at my local pub will stop counting down the days til they go back! Ffs guys - you've had a pretty good break - deal with it!!!!

I'm looking forward to it but that's because the youth groups I run start up again and I've missed my kids! Wanna know what they've all been up to over the summer |
