Very much so, I am over 6 feet tall and can’t drive through any town or city with ‘ham’ in the name, the Midlands area is a no go for me. |

I tried going full vegan for a bit but my body wasnt agreeing too much and was super low on B12 especially to the point I started getting mouth ulcers (never in my life I had them)
So I stopped x now Im trying to eat vegetarian and I treat myself to meat twice a week and not much of red meat |

I'd forgotten about guiness being good. I am on super strength tablets from the doc, they're a bit harsh on the old stomach  |

Man's vegan but man's not hot.
I am enjoying the responses. Thankfully not too many that are clichéd or the stupid 'if you're vegan can you eat someone out or swallow?'

Fucking love Swedish Glace. Recently my Tescos has started doing free from waffle cones so I crush them up with chocolate drops and strawberry sauce on the vanilla Swedish Glace. It will blow your minds |

You could take a B12 supplement, but nutritionally there is no need for any meat. You must however manage your diet carefully to ensure your input is balanced and your getting enough protein. |

I have a vitamin b12 deficiency, and therefore pernicious anaemia.
I've been vegetarian pretty much all my life, I have a vitamin b12 injection every 3-months at the doctor's and that deals with it.
It really isn't an issue if you are happy to have the injection |

I’ve been suffering with chronic anaemia and was recommended to eat meat again. I refused and went through an intense series of IV infused iron as the tablets, spinach, Guiness, beetroots, and everything else I tried did nothing for me. I was to the point of fainting and having heart palpitations.
I’m a vegan but always cold. Not a hot one. 🙃 |
