My mum's freezer was filled with food the poachers sold door to door ... we all had to learn to quickly, skin, pluck, descale, gut and clean anything she bought.  |

It pains me to post ths, but get a large pot filled with stock (whatever you like but veg is a good idea).
Wear a good thiick disposable pnny if you caught it yourself, as bunnies tend to be very bloody.
Oh I feel sick now.
Dont choke on it elmer fudd though as the bones can be a nightmare. |
