Another outstanding episode this week. All the more pleasureable for watching it with someone who didn't even know it existed.

I loved the Goolding Inquiry this week.

"I loved the Goolding Inquiry this week.

I don't have a guilty conscience. I have a guilty face."

It was incredibly well written and well played.

Pure class.

Any surface feeders waiting for punch lines would probably assume they'd tuned in to a real inquiry and been bored to hell. It was THAT good.

The underlying meanings, the dynamics , self perceptions , peacocking and back stabbing realities had me in tears.

The writers are obviously Kings of observation and satire.

( When there are two silverbacks in one room !........ ) I still cringe.

Peter Capaldi deserves every award going for his performance in the last episode.

Also, Florence Shiteingale

I watched as much of Levenson as I could and it The Thick of It was a bit like watching the highlights.

That was a corker of an episode.

"There is no vision in division"

"I like mine weak and white, like my men"

"One of the many things that baffle me is that you remain un-murdered"
