So I’ve just got off the phone to my mum. Apparently some complete dick has told my parents I’m on here. They’ve screenshot my pics and printed them off, along with my profile and posted them through my parents door.
I’m guessing it’s someone local to me that I’ve turned down.
I’m not embarrassed to be on here. I spent years in a shitty, abusive relationship and Fab has helped me regain most of the confidence I lost during those years.
But this is MY private life.

No you shouldn’t be ashamed there’s nothing to be ashamed of. Nobody wants their parents knowing about their sex life though, I hope things are ok for you  |

Contact the police. This is harassment. There are several things they can possibly access. First is the ability to check if anywhere else around may have any camera footage. Second, they can request the server access log from the site owners. The access logs are nothing to do with the who looked at you list and it is quite trivial to "reverse engineer" how any unique person has interacted with the site. It also means you have it documented if anything further happens. |

Something similar happened to us. People sharing pictures etc. It was my own fault for putting my face on public pics but like you I felt violated, felt I couldn’t trust anyone had to completley change everything and that I couldn’t be myself any more. You think everyone’s on this for the same reason but it only takes one dick to ruin ya x |

A similar thing happened to me with printed pictures shared with people who knew me. I wanted to curl into a ball and hide away for good. Took me a few week to pluck up courage to brazen it out.
Some nasty fuckers out there. I often wondered who did it to me but I still don’t know for sure.

They aren’t happy so want to ruin yours
I would contact the police, its revenge porn and harassment. The purpose of this was to cause distress and upset and whoever it was deserves to be prosecuted. |

Really feel for you OP. I had similar few years back. Someone from company I worked for then before I retired . Saw me in one of chat rooms ( none directing ) Told others in workforce . So being smallish company less than 100 . Most heard about this. I found out who started this and made official complaint. He left company. Proved to management that he also was a member etc. Only way he could see my cam. Until I retired couple years later , some still made comments etc. |

Positively vile! I had a strange incident at one point with someone accusing me of being his ex! It really freaked me out and made me aware of backgrounds in my photos etc.

It's up to you, but you most certainly could report this to the police. There's ways to trace the culprit.

My parents knowing wouldn’t bother me. I’d just put them in the picture and just tell them what a lovelly community there is on here and that I’m very happy to be on here. And I don’t take any risks and I’m very sensible. I would be very cautious if I got to a point in my career where I was a director or manager of a company, that would be different. Sorry you had to deal with such nonesence. |

That is a proper cunts trick, I’m sorry you have to go through this. But at the end of the day you are single and it’s nothing to be embarrassed about. It’s just a stigma people have about those that enjoy sex. It’s not right but hopefully the mind set will change one day |
