I'd recommend getting someone else to do it for you, especially if they already have some experience. That way, you can just enjoy the whole thing, rather than try to focus on getting it right etc.
Obviously lots of lube and relaxation helps too - maybe work yourself over with a toy, to get used to things being up there too. |
