Morello cherry baked cheesecake.

Or a chocolate orange cheesecake with fresh orange zest on top.

Or a sticky toffee apple cheesecake with spun sugar on top.

I like cheesecake a lot.

I find a lemon cheesecake nice and refreshing. A place near us does the most amazing chocolate orange cheesecake.

Costco salted caramel. They only have it for a couple of months a year and it is freaking huge so most of it goes in the freezer

You should definitely try it! It's not sweet (well a good one isn't) and the sharp sourness of the cherries cuts through the richness of the cheesecake and makes it incredibly moreish.

East Sussex

Chocolate with a base made from chocolate digestives. It has to be proper cream cheese too, no low fat or anything. A few chocolate curls on top and chocolate chips in the mix too please.

I bought it from a local deli place and I've since used a recipe that's on the Ashridge nurseries website, if you search that you should be able to find it. It's delicious and definitely worth making!
