Bit grey & miserable here and I’ve a stack of work to get through. On the other hand I’m having a chocolate doughnut for breakfast so on balance I’m pretty happy with the world in general. (I am easily pleased though  ) |

Felt really down first thing, then I went swimming in the morning sun, and on my shuffle play on the way home, Queen's It's a Beautiful Day came on followed by AC/DC Back in Black.
Started smiling, gonna try and keep hold of it for a while.  |

I’m good, had a meet last night who did a runner on me! Managed to see the funny side and got a friend to come and keep me company in the room that I ended up fully funding so not all bad. Another Fab tale to add to my list! |

Well I'm getting over the worst of my illness and I've lost 4lbs thanks to it so my boob look really big and their tummy shelf is shrinking so that's a win. And I'm generally rather happy and content because people. And work.  |
