Not sure - last night had steamed fiish seasoned with pepper and chopped mince garlic and spring onions on top. Steamed broccoli; sweetcorn; carrots and peas. Microwaved frozen baked potatoe, scooped out the flesh, mashed it and added garlic butter & slightly salted butter. Made a parsley sauce with soya milk.
Might replace the fish with fish fingers. I have a youngs cracked black pepper but don't fancy putting the oven on as it's been humid all day!   |

Very simple tonight.
Quorn steak, fries and peas! Probably with gravy too 
Last night though, we had Chinese pan-fried Salmon with broccoli and jasmine rice.

Salmon fillet and so many peas I had to share some with the hamster (pretty sure she'd have stuffed my entire plateful into her cheeks if I'd allowed her!) |
