I was the same with sprouts but I think is was more my mother's cooking. They were always too overdone and basically balls of green mush.
I found I love them when they are cooked properly.
I can't say the same for parsnips though. They shall remain on the reject shelf. |

Probably cauliflower for me too but I'm still not a fan of it just boiled which is how I was always given it as a kid. These days some veggie places cook it amazingly wuth loads of seasonings and spices or glazes on it. Yummy! |

Same with us with sprouts you had them at Christmas but started cooking them at Easter |

Once I learnt that cauliflower is just ghost broccoli it put me off, I can’t even eat cauliflower cheese, it’s just the thought of it being haunted scares me. |
