make sure your egg whites are beaten to a good soft peak state, and fold them in gently, make sure you don't open your oven too soon, cold air causes the souffle to collaps

Mmmmmm. I’ll make some triple layer chocolate fudge cake.

Although it’s lemon cake here this week which is alright too.

If it's bread week it'll have to be soft floury baps (if you call them baps where you're from, rolls, barms etc)

Baps if it’s got bacon in

Roll if anything else.

Also partial to a crusty roll with ham cheese and pickle. Yum

It's not really baking but going to make little "no bake" honey cheesecakes with a chocolate hobknob bases this weekend. Should go down well after our roast dinner. M
