Evening all, I was wondering what turns a normal pic into a hot pic??
I see the likes are always over 1000 in 24 hours. I’m absolutely over the moon my latest one has almost 100 in less than 2 hours, the most I’ve ever had and I feel so flattered.
I’m not fishing for fabs brw, it is a genuine question xx |

You'll notice a lot of those that get to page 1 are regulars there and have built up a "following" who Hotlist them and Fab every picture.
Also once you get there once that following grows as non-site supporters can only see page 1 so again Hotlist those that get there, generating higher numbers.
Some of those there cultivate Fabs too, with status updates, forum threads, promises of meets and even changing their location regularly so they appear in local updates and more.
As Evie said for some it's almost a full time occupation.

I have seen put in the profile to fab there pics and have also seen updates asking people to add them as friends so that probably does ot as well.. |

As a rule, I don't even look at the number of fabs I get on a pic, as most of the time it's males that fab them.
Just for a laugh last week I did a thread to see if I could get onto the hot pics, which I actually managed, thanks to you brilliant people, to hit page one of the men and page 10 of the anyone, it hasn't changed anything, I am more popular than I was before, but I was shocked, surprised and chuffed at the same time.
I don't actually normally bother with the hot pics, as I spend most of my time in the lounge, making a plonker of myself.
The only the I generally fab pics is in the fabathons, so it's always going to be members of the forums anyway |
