Not bulge pics; I have never been driven to jump into bed with a guy cuz of his bulging pants. If anything, it would have the opposite effect.

No comparison really.
With cleavage, you are looking at bare breasts. Not the entire breasts, but you are looking at bare flesh which forms part of the breasts.
The equivalent with bulges would be if men wore some form of underpants that displayed varying amounts of bare shaft, but keeping the knob ticked away. Hang on, I feel a business idea forming ... |

Cleavage is nice in a period drama sense when it is all set to cascade over but somehow manages to stay contained despite the heavy breathing and gasps of the owner. |
