Yes I've used them. Once I was pumping for about 5 hrs. My cock was all swollen and skin had know sensation. Took about 8 hrs to look normal again. So they do work temporary just don't pump too long. I can't answer the question re longterm as I have never used on a daily basis.
Another thing I noticed if you get petrol on your fingers they swell but unfortunately it doesn't work on the penis lol |

Never had one before. When I was really overweight got one for reasons. You put the penis in the pump, it cut out all the air as you keep pressing the black squeezy thing (technical name) voila your penis becomes erect and stays erect for a few minutes. If you do it often it’s supposed to help with erections. Just don’t overdo it. Got bored with it. May be I’ll post a penis pun pic irionically. |

Ive used one with a 'x' they increase sensitivity if used right, exactly as a vag pump does.
People seem to be under the illusion they are for enlargement.. they really arnt yes they make the head firmer for a short while but are for sensitivity.
Dont over use though they can cause alot of damage to your little mans tubes  |
