Worst Way to Die in Movies

What deaths in movies do you think would be the worst way to go?
Torn apart and devoured by monsters?
Rapidly aging into a skeleton?
Being contorted and mutilated by alien lifeforms?
Or perhaps melting caused by a bioproduct or something supernatural? |

That's the one! The entire scene was just shiver inducing. The grisly sounds, his screams, the people watching. Oh boy |

"Why just in the movies!
Because some deaths in movies are not possible in real life and are more horrifying."
Sorry, thought you just meant as a way to go. |

This is what immediately sprung to mind for me as well!
But the women in Bone Tomahawk would be horrible as well, terrible way to live and eventually die...
What a terrifying gory movie |

Being lowered in to a vat of acid, a bit like what sea water did to aliens in the James Caan movie Alien Nation

"Final destination 3, the sunbeds scene! Erm no thanks I’ll just stay untanned Miss PC "
Any death on final destination is a horrible death but especially the ones that you don’t die straight away are probably the worst…. |

Stuck naked and shivering to the bathroom wall, covered in cobwebs. Dripping in cold goo, whilst Easter egg sized spawn drops out of your lower torso: slowly filling the bath with hundreds of their sibling eggs.
XTRO. The film that is a cross between ALIEN and The Omen. |

"Burned alive
How about burning while melting in lava?
I’d hope for a head first throw in and pain switches body off quickly "
The Wicker man.
The Witch Finder General.
Terminator 2 (molten metal is almost like lava. |

I mean there's the "Hollywood" special effects laden deaths and then there's films with no grand finale but characters dying slow and painful and torturous deaths of cancer or mnd etc..
In terms of special effects.. One of the more graphic was the opening credits in gangs of London where the deathee was tied upside down by rope to the top of a skyscraper and petrol poured down the rope and set alight... |

"Shaaaarks! Re-watched jaws other day and it scared me more at 38 than it did at 15 "
My all time favourite film. Only bad part is the special effects they had in the 70s |

Pretty much anything from that 1970 public safety video “Apaches” with all the kids dying on the farm.
They’re all horrid and can’t believe it was okay to show this to kids in school back in the day but the two that stuck in my mind were the one kids who drank rat poison and was screaming all through the night and the other one who drowned in slurry
Nightmare stuff ! |

I'm sure many movies with tribes of cannibals have very gruesome deaths."

I’m not sure I remember it? But in the late 70s we played by the railway. My mate crossed it and I told my parents. We all got a good beating.
A poster appeared in our school after of friends doing the same. Each but one died by various means.
Scarred me for life! |

The part where one guy getting his eyes gouged out and then his tongue ripped out is messed up but not as messed up as a scene in another cannibal movie where it shows a guy getting his cock cut off and then eaten. |

"I can't watch zombie films as the scenes where people are ripped apart makes me feel ill. "
The first time I saw a character get ripped apart by zombies was in Shaun of the Dead.
I know the movie is mainly a comedy but that scene was horrific when I first saw it. |

"The dude from Tucker and Dale Vs Evil who threw himself in a woodchipper "
Lol that’s just reminded me of the X-force, skydiving scene from Deadpool 2, those were some nasty deaths but hilarious at the same time, does that count ? |

I laughed my ass off at that bit especially when one of the X-force who was invisible gets electrocuted and it's Brad Pitt lol |

What about Lars being chased down and eaten alive by kids! And the toddler running off with his leg, giggling. Or the ants scene? |

"The guy who gets stuck on the swimming pool filter in The Final Destination and gets disemboweled was gruesome. "
Now that is a horrible way to die by drowning and having your guts sucked it of your backside at the same time. |

I haven't actually seen the movie but I'm sure they are gruesome. The kid running off with the leg sounds hilarious though lol |

Fall out of a plane and anally penatrated by a metal rod. Once heard about someone who fell on some tubing at work. Don’t know if this was some bet/kink that went too far. |

It’s a spoiler, I guess, but:
The death in the original version of The Vanishing. I saw it about 30 years ago, and, to this day, it still makes me feel very shaky. Like, right now!
Everyone I’ve ever spoken to who’s seen it feels the same. Has to be the Dutch/French original, not the remake.
There’s not one drop of blood in the film.

That guy in RoboCop who crashes the van into the acid.
Then his skin is all hanging off and his face a mess.
Then he gets hit by s car and he breaks up on impact.
Crazy |

I watched a crappy 'horror' movie on Netflix the other day.
Someone met their demise having their head put through one of those bread slicing machines they have in Tesco. Not entirely convinced it would work in real life, but a bit gruesome. |

If I remember, it was a vat of toxic waste but still gives a horrible result. |
