You ever had a different regional news broadcast and had to check outside that you haven’t been transported to a different area, like the other day we had the Midlands one and I had to open the curtains and check I was still in Devon, turns out it was just my TV receiving a signal from another transmitter, not that my house had moved itself to Dudley ?!
Can someone start part 2 of this thread when it fills up, cause I’m going bed in a bit. Cheers.  |

"My last house had Stoke local news at one side of the building and North West news at the other side in different rooms. It was only a two bedroomed house, but it was smack bang on a border."
So if you didn’t like what was going on in Stoke you just think that doesn’t effect me and just go to another room. |

I stayed in a B&B in Portree on Isle of Skye 15 years ago, and all the Televisions in the property could only get the BBC Gaelic channel.
The owner claimed she could get other BBC and STV Channels but classed them as "foreign" and didn't want them in her establishment! |
