...Saying my order is on its way, from various takeaways in the York area (I'm in the Southeast).
I can't see any deductions from any accounts money-wise so don't think I'm paying for somebody else's takeaway, so maybe somebody has simply gone a digit wrong on their input of tel number.
However, could something still be going on? Am I being scammed somehow? Seems that the person has a daily takeaway which seems a bit excessive! |

Might be a prelude to a scam email? There was a just eat one a while back offering a 50 quid gift card which then hacked your details on clicking the link.
Could just be a wrong number though. If you don't use them block the number? |
