Decongestants as well as painkillers may help.
Remember you can take ibuprofen and paracetamol at the same time. Alternate them so you can take pain relief every 2 hours. |

sounds like labyrinthitis to me.I had this and it can get very confusing as it messes with your balance and depth perception, hope you feel better soon xxx |

Do speak to them about seasickness tablets though, they don't do much on the worst days but can make a middling day almost good! |
