I'm ill. My ears are killing me and I'm all dizzy.

Apart from keeping up with the antibiotics and pain pills, any tips on how to feel better??

Hot water bottle pillow to ease.the ear pain. The heat can also help with inner ear pressure too.

Come have a duvet day on the sofa with me, not feeling too great myself and my pain-killers are knocking me sick.

Decongestants as well as painkillers may help.

Remember you can take ibuprofen and paracetamol at the same time. Alternate them so you can take pain relief every 2 hours.

Also check with your GP about prescription sea sickness tablets. If you're already I'll you may be able to arrange a scrip by phone and get it sent to your local chemists - some even deliver!

Thanks people. I'm being referred on to an ENT specialist as I get sinusitis and vertigo a lot. Yucky.

Do speak to them about seasickness tablets though, they don't do much on the worst days but can make a middling day almost good!

You probably already do this but lengthy steaming can really clear sinuses. Add.some menthol or olbas oil to oomph it up.
