I guess Ol' Uncle has entered a lot of stomachs in his time and has promoted race relations while doing so.

I've truly only recently discovered Basmati rice.
Always stayed away from it because for some reason I thought it would be a bitch to cook!
I recommend both the brown and white varieties....if there's a better rice (let me know) |
