Regardless of the time of year or weather I always sleep naked, never been with or met anyone who actually wears pj's to bed - just for slumming Round the house - I thought wearing bedclothes to bed died a death in the 70's!  |

The sun & heat is way different to Spain... Think it's lower in the sky or something...I dunno ...I'm well able for it in Spain but havin difficulty here  |

the Irish are not built for this weather we are built for around 11-18° a gentle breeze and mist anything after that we have problems |

our buildings aren't equipped for this type of weather our houses hold the heat in with all the insulation |

In Spain the heat is dryer, here in the UK it is damp and humid, hence the uncomfortable dampness !  |

Have always slept naked since I was about 12, I don't use a duvet just a thin cotton sheet, I run hot all the time, in the winter I will move up to a 1.5tog duvet, but if it gets really really cold the 3tog will come out, anything thicker I'm sweating all night |
