Well, who do we have and what do you ride (bikes only - I know what you lot "ride")

Mines a Yamaha Fazer and a Kawasaki GPZ750

If anyone is local to Chester I'd be up for a blast out

In my mind I ride a Harley. Unfortunately it's only in my mind. I'm a bit risk adverse.

Not into sports bikes.

used to race in production supersports, think old gsr1100 etc, had a humongus shunt, think 6 monthe in traction, having to learn to walk again, so stopped racing had some road bikes after, last was an r1.

new bikes have got stupid quick tho, mate has a new ducati, not sure what one, but it makes more power than my old racebike that had a 20k engine back in the 90s, plus way to many idiots on the road for it to be safe, the otherday i saw a young girl driving along with her phone on the screen right in front of her as she tx or something, she was oblivious to anything else, so ive hung up my boots, shame tho i do miss it

Recently sold my VFR800 as I needed a car.

My boots in the hall and helmet on the top of my wardrobe keep reminding me I need another bike though. Looking at a Triumph Speed Triple, so who knows

Really miss my VFR (pre-vtec) - best bike I ever owned or rode. I’ve looked at new bikes but they just don’t grab me the way the veefer did - may have to invest in an old one.

Fire

Secret hideaway in the pennines

I used to have a Yamaha 650 Kenny Roberts special many years ago, it was bright yellow so not exactly hard to see, got knocked off it 3 times so stuck to 4 wheels since then

Sorry to hear this

A girl at work partner, had a bad crash and he’s now unable to work and needs constant care, he’s 26.

I doubt there’s a biker out on the road, who doesn’t know someone who’s been affected by an accident fatal or life changing.

So unfortunately it is something to consider especially as currently I’m seeing loads of bikers riding in T-shirts and shorts.

Mine was a Vtec - at 6000rpm it would open up brilliantly. Tour on it, go for a blast or commute, loved it

I think it's something we all share and a risk we all take on when we jump on two wheels.

My uncle used to race them but he died before I was born. My folks never wanted me to get a bike but it's been in my blood since I was a kid.

Stay careful everyone and keep it runner side down

while my legs still work, I'll still be on a bike with pedals! ...but the older I get, the more appealing an engine is looking!

Bit bland and boring - maybe like me - BMW R1200R - 57 plate

Nice to ride around the Derbyshire B roads - but I am spending more time on my Boardman pedal bike trying to keep the fat at bay

Met loads of Tgirl bikers throughout the years (yes quite a few of us like something powerful between our legs ) but not one, including me, would ever ride dressed with makeup on.

Sorry to ruin the illusion but I always looked just like every other guy on a motorbike.

Reading

I've a Harley XL48, and a 96' Gixxer 600.

Only use the Harley though, as I've done a nut and bolt job on the Gixxer, so she's now too pretty to ride
