Big boob advice
Jump to: Newest in thread
So ladies sure you'll sympathize, just measured my boobage using the BOB calculator, after avoiding for ages knowing I put on weight over lockdown. But one of my bra wires popped out today, which I swiftly put on my sons head to find the wire was much bigger, damn it.
Anyway I'm rambling now, but blinking heck I knew my boobs were big, but I didn't know they were that far up the alphabet. Have now spent a small fortune on bras. Why is pretty scaffolding so expensive? And any ideas on where to get pretty bras not ones my gran would wear in sizes beyond a H cup? And also where I can get a decent swimming costume for actual swimming? |

I’m a H cup and get lots of my bras from Ann Summers.
I believe bravissimo are also good for larger sizes but I haven’t bought from there personally |

It's an absolute joke how much bras are and they aren't necessarily that pretty! So Asos sometimes have larger cup sizes. Tutti Rouge can be quite good also. There's also a brand called Ivory Rose but they do tend to sell out quickly sadly. Playful Promises have a couple of lines with bigger cup sizes - Gabi Fresh and I can't remember the other off the top of my head, a blonde woman designed the line. There's also a brand called Ewa Michalak. Oh and Elomi is quite good as well depending on band size!
Swimwear wise, Playful Promises, Asos... they all have good bits in. It might even be worth looking at Snag as well, they've launched a range recently. Simply Be have the odd nice piece in.
If needs be you can try sister sizing - if you go down a band, you go a cup size. That might work but try it with a few different ranges first. |

Oh Bravissimo can be good but not sure of your band size. Ann Summers sold a beautiful set - the Lipsy Lonnie one but they don't any more. You can find a new with tags pieces on Ebay though. |

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the difficulties of big boobs. I know there are health issues with the strain they put on your back, they can get in the way, and I know boob sweat is unpleasant for the carriers. The cost of over-the-shoulder boulder-holders is an unfair burden on women. All in all, there are problems with big boobage.
Notwithstanding, OP, I just wanted to say that your boobs are just awesome. They look fantastic. I hope that is some consolation. Luke |

Bravissimo usually gets my business, prefer to go for a fitting first rather than buy online too.
On another note, the guys needing to message on this chat creepy messages, just shows how sad you are. |

Think I'm going to have to sister size, I'm weirdly quite large everywhere except directly under my boobs. Where I'm 35 inch or depending on brand I'm either a 34 or 36. Which means I'm struggling a little bit. |

There’s a website / shop in Yorkshire called Ample Bosom, their sizes go pretty big, the bras are gorgeous and they have swim wear too, just Google . Biggest swimwear size is 48K |

Thanks Luke, to be fair I don't my boobs as they are. But I'm fortunate they actually don't weigh as much as they look. But yes I'm going to break the bank to get some new bras and swimming costume boo |

I started reading this thread then realised I can add nothing useful to The discussion so decided to perv OP profile - and I will now be sending a bill for an otherwise perfectly good pair of boxers to OP !! |

The best bra I have ever owned was a Prima Donna Deauville (part of Rigby & Peller). It wasn’t cheap & price has gone up since I purchased but it put my boobs where they should be & my back ache greatly reduced. It took some battering constantly being washed & worn for 2 years.
I am waiting delivery on a Gabi whatever by Playful Promises from the Simply Be sale.
Have used Curvy Kate & Pour Moi in the past & both were good & would use again .

I do like the look of the Gabi Fresh range but my boobs are too blinking big grr.
Curvy Kate I do like as my boob shape suits plunge bras and it's difficult to find larger cup plunge styles |

"Does La Senza still exist?
An ex gf was pretty big in the boob department and she always shopped there as they fitted well and were reasonably pleasing aesthetically"
Sadly not in the same way. They only really do smaller sizes now (I think max DD) I used to love shopping in there! |

I'm currently lusting over bralette sets from uye surana lingerie but need to shift some weight from my boobs first.
But they seem to do larger cup sizes in the most beautiful fabric I have ever seen |

Before I lost weight I used to be a 38ff bra. I found many of my bras and swimsuits on EBay- some sample/discontinued ranges, some that had been bought and never worn. That way I could afford all the more expensive ranges at half the price. Most of the swimsuits had extra elasticated support over the stomach area to hold muffin tops in. |

Another vote for Bravissimo but I find them expensive. You can pick up the bras they stock online for cheaper if you’ve been measured. I found Ann Summers didn’t support me very well when I could get my size, (34J now).
I love Curvy Kate & Freya bras, both very comfortable, supportive & pretty/sexy dependant on mood. Good luck xx |

Curvy Kate are a great brand with bras (and swimsuits) your size.
Panache are another brand I love.
SimplyBe stock bras & swimsuits in your size too. |
