Name, that they're single, that they're straight, height, those are the most common ones. Just be honest! I don't care if you are bi (I am too) or if you're 5ft9 or 5ft10 rather than 6 ft (what's the obsession with 6ft?) but I DO care if you're single or not!

I think the worst lying I've personally come across is someone who actually hurt me personally. I lowered my multiple guards for him as he wanted to 'date' me (we met outside of here on a dating site but were and are both members of here too), and he said that he was only sleeping with me, it was more than sex with me, blah blah effing blah. I got feels, for the first time in 17 years! To find out recently from him displaying his veri's that he had been sleeping with other women off here the whole time he was 'seeing' me. To me it's worse because he lied from day one, wasn't honest about just wanting sex, reassured me many times we weren't just sex, I trusted him with my sexual health (because we were supposedly exclusively seeing only each other) and me being hurt about these things means that I'm 'too intense'. Well then dude don't lie constantly about everything from the beginning. I was going to do so many naughty fantasies with him too. Probably a lucky escape!

Yep, this is sadly too common a one, many of my friends have faced this lie. I think people don't want to upset the other, don't think about them... it's a bit of a crappy one.

I think a lot of people get caught up in the thrill of it all... I'd rather someone just say, yes I think you're hot/fancy you/(insert your own term) but that's as far as it goes
