What is everyone’s thought on black & white photos?
We’ve uploaded a few in colour and a few B/W. We both find the b/w look much nicer, but the colour version always receives more fabs.
What are your views on this?
Ps: let us know if you have any photo suggestions.
Thanks |

It depends on the photo for me. Some just look better in black and white in my opinion. I recently found an app called colour pop which allows you to have some areas black and white and others colour which is quite cool.
You've got a great gallery OP, keep doing your thing |

I like a mixture of both on a profile. And same my colour ones are more popular.
I personally like B&W are best for pictures that conjure up a mood or scene. Coloured ones give me a better idea what the person actually looks like. |

Sometime black and white is so much more erotic and can change the aspect of a pic.
I would keep one or the other on your profile as having the same pic in black and white and colour can detract.
Have a look at profiles for ideas, go online and look at erotic photo’s, play around with ideas - there’s plenty of options for photos

Thanks, we currently have both versions up just out of curiosity on what is liked more. Ultimately we’re just having some fun anyway and there are many other photography methods available.
Interesting that most people here prefer B&W for photos of themselves, but colour photos for everyone else. :D |

I think black and white are great for the sultry, classy look that work for some pics and not others.
I like to think I have a good balance but the pictures I have where I'm slightly taking the piss are all in colour |

Same but I post what I like anyway! Each to their own and what I like doesn’t mean it’s what others like |

I do like the ones that have an edit that colourises part of the photo too (hair, lingerie, shoes etc.) while the rest is B&W, that often looks striking. |

Speaking as a keep it real kinda human, if I do B/W I shoot it on film, develop it myself and may print it, but more often scan it.
Digital B/W is just another filter. Silver halide grain is where it's at. |
