Noramlly I lick or bite the ice cream until its down near enough to the cone,

but I do push it down into the cone with my tongue.

I then bit the bottom of the cone off and suck the ice cream through the cone.

If not careful that ice cream shoots to the back of the throat fast.

Its caught me out a few times as well

Only thing mint belongs in is chewing gum. Good ice cream ruined there
