Sit with your feet in a bucket/bowl of cold/cool water. (I worry about doing this in a thunderstorm... )
Run pulse points under cold running water.
A cold wet (not ringing wet) tea/hand towel around your neck will help lower body temperature.

I do - more worried about the water (in a worried but not worried kinda way without a suitable emoji to indicate relative humour ) |

Don’t stand outside in a thunderstorm with your feet in a tin bath of brine whilst flying a kite on a wire, however. |
