I do wonder about these threads. Canes and whips need skill to use them and whips need serious skill. Then there are different types of whips and of different sizes, from Indiana Jones style bullwhips to 3 feet dungeon usable snake whips. Compared to the number of people that have been spanked I would suspect very few people have been whipped and less have been skilfully whipped by someone with a half decent whip who knew what they were doing. Anyone who has a whip from a sex shop should be barred from this debate??. Don't get me started on canes and caneing! |

My favourite is the hand, there’s something about his hand gently sliding across the skin, and then giving me a good whack, and then so gentle again  .

Out of those in order of preference: Cane, whip, belt then hand. The hand has the largest surface area and the quickest repetition in my experience and is the one I can tolerate the least. I love most impact play for the subspace which can be achieved, (but definitely not spanking!) |

Senpai here, i do enjoy the flogger on Seiko, and she seems to enjoy it too...

For use on others my preference is a flogger.
For use on myself my preference is a hand as I like the impact from skin on skin contact, and the soothing rub after to absorb the sting and comfort me.

I'm not into massive impact play. I bruise easily and I'd rather have sensory play than "ouch, that frickin' hurt". But, I do like a playful slap on the bum with a hand. Keep your belt for your trousers. |

The flogger was a great addition to our collection of props  I was quite surprised how much I enjoyed it. The multiple uses makes it so much more fun.
As much as I love the flogger I do very much enjoy the anticipation of that sting when Senpais hand makes contact with my naked skin. The toys are great fun but I think skin on skin adds to the intimacy of impact play. X |
