Someone sent us a friends invite who was new, when we looked at profile, he had joined an hour ago and had a verification tick but no writing! Can this be done an hour after joining ? Bit confused.. |

It could be that they know someone from the site and that how they have been verified
I could make up a new profile now and have loads of veris straight away,its not always a sinister reason if someone is verified that soon
Ive verifed people ive recommended to the site that ive met at clubs or parties |

I have done that to two male friends who I recommended the site to - I know how difficult it can be for single guys!
But I genuinely know both and wrote only the truth.
Having said that, when I first joined I did get a message offering me a veri from s.complete stranger who had no intention of meeting.  As.a newbie I didn't realize I should report him and deleted it. |

I have had a couple of meets, both with people who are not yet verified. I would never never ask someone whom I have not met to verify me.
Any verification must and will come as and when someone believes I deserve it.
Am I odd? |
