Really sorry to hear you're not in a great place. Don't beat yourself up too much though. It's OK to be down, it really is. It's not weakness, it shows you are human.

We will experience downs, but I have learnt these people were not right for me and I am worth far more.
It is just frustrating.

I know it can be disheartening at times but try not to let it get you down. Obviously those guys weren't right for you, you know your worth, don't ever drop that for anyone. There are some really lovely guys on here who are willing to put the effort in. Don't give up xxx |

Usually if I'm feeling unsure, I'll hide my profile for a while and take a step back. Sometimes it's good to have a break and take time to refocus xx |

Sweetheart, your worth more than what they are offering. You are not needy, anyone who says this or says your senitve has their own attachment issues, emotional availabilityand maturity.
You are preciuos as is your body, do not give it away to anyone undeserving.
I think a question here is why do you feel you have to give it?
Is it connection you are looking for? Maybe your blue print is one where this is how you feel you can.
Hey not judging I've been there. Valueing ourselves is super hard, finding and setting out what is or isn't acceptable treatment/behaviour. X |

Sounds demoralising op and sorry you’re going through this. It’s hard not to feel your confidence being knocked when you clearly deserve better. Try to keep faith in yourself and remember that you’ve probably dodged a couple of bullets xx |
