Cheated on hard by my first 2 girlfriends, caught both of them, wasn’t just a little cheat either. Ruined me.

Wow life really must have pissed on you , it's a bad way to start a relationship knowing that you intend to cheat on them.

So you cheat on potentially loyal partners to save the pain of potential pain from them, if they cheated on you?
I would never punish someone potentially innocent, because of past experiences, but to each their own. |

Is it though if they never find out? And if it gives me peace of mind and allows me to be a better partner because I’m not worried about the eventual heart break when they cheat on me? |

Just because they never find out makes no difference. For me personally I need that tryst element in a relationship, without it, it means nothing |

Not everyone, but most do in my experience, especially these days with tinder and just a generally less loyal attitude to dating.
To each their own I guess. I find I’m a better partner because of it. They never find out and I can be a better partner because I’m not as worried about the eventual heart break |

Caught my first husband cheating with my so called friend! Long ago in my 20s long story but was beginning of the end! But did me a favour in long run! It ended in me meeting the love of my life! As I say long story but started with the cheating ! Everything happens for a reason as the saying goes! X |

You can never guarantee you won't be found out. Maybe your exes were doing the same thing? I do hope you warn your potential partners. I have never cheated on anyone. |

is it just me that finds this a very sad attitude, two wrongs dont make a right, especialy as you know how bad you felt when you found out your partners were cheating on you, and it doesnt make you a better partner, a good partner is honest , very very sad, i pity you that you feel this way, and i pity your partner |

Can I ask though.... how would you feel if they did find out? Take away the fact you are probably thinking but they won’t find out ... but If they did...
How would you feel knowing and seeing the devastation you have done to them. You know the feeling as it’s The exact pain you said ‘ruined you’... You have purposely inflicted on someone else through no fault of their own and your reasoning is well someone cheated on me.

When I was younger, I received a message from a girl on my boyfriend's phone warning me to stay away from her man. No idea which of us was the Other Woman and didn't care enough to fight. I've always tried to keep people at arms length for my own protection anyway. |
