Trans-sexuals have a lot to cope with in life, particularly because of the ridicule and social stigma they can experience outside the large cities in UK an Ireland, where narrows mindedness can be more prevalent.

I have never spoke to a 'trans', but I would suspect many have identity issues in terms of which gender they would be more contented to identify with.

Furthermore, I assume that transvesticism is a different 'issue' but on this site they are lumped together into one category.

Some popular trans porn actors probably earn considerable fees, at least for a few years, but many trans probably experience prejudice when trying to obtain secure employment, even in large anonymous conurbations.
