I was worried at first. She was staring at me as if to say “daddy, where’s mine?” Actually asked Google it it was safe!!! |

Over easy for me and sunny side up for hubby.
Learned this in the States where you never just order a fried egg:
There a four basic styles of fried eggs— sunny side up, over easy, over medium and over well—indicating the level of doneness.
Sunny side up: The egg is fried with the yolk up and is not flipped.
Over easy: The egg is flipped and the yolk is still runny
