Mostly just venting.
You know when you are finally starting to feel in a good place, happy with things. Especially after having dealt with something for so long.
But then, it starts happening all over again. Pretty much the exact same as it did before. And while you are more experienced in dealing with the frustration and emotions from it, it still feels like somebody gut punched you while going past on a train at full speed. |

Oh I'm fine. Dealing with things much better than the previous time.
But the memory and hint of how things felt the first time still sting and invade the mind.
It is just so shit that things are repeating in very similar fashion (almost but not quite identical) |

Yep got that last night just when you think your getting there and totally unintended it triggers a hit of guilt a twist of regret and a shake of despair its not nice not having control over yourself i feel your pain mate |

i just hope these things are repairable cos 18 months in im not so sure they are damn emotions i used to be immune
