When browsing through the threads do you post on peoples threads you know?? Or is it the title that catches your eye ....what makes you go to post...... |

Depends on the mood - sometimes I ll post in support of somebody else's post especially when it has been done ina succinct and clear way and echoes how I feel. Other times I like messing about and having a giggle... and then sometimes I like a serious debate. I tend to look at the original post, not just the title and that makes me decide a thread is worthwhile posting on. |

Different things really. If I'm in a really good mood I post more, some thread starters always make me look... some I avoid.
A catchy title will make me look too.

Was thinking just what would make me avoid.. and yes, there are some topics I would avoid. Not saying they should not be on here or should nt be discussed but they dont appeal as they might be too repetitive or too toilet humourish, but thats just my preference not to post on those. It's one of the nice features on theFabs forums that we have such diversity to choose from. |

If certain Forumites I know to be a laff riot start the post, I'll def look at it (no names mentioned, but a few already posted on this one, one or two not.....), political and sporting threads I tend to avoid although monarchy/anti monarchy tend to get me looking and if I feel strongly enough I post (and post, and post, and post, if someone disagrees with me (but only ever in a nice way cos that's the sort of guy I am))....and if a title catches my eye, then I'll look at it and post if it interests me (I always try to entice forumites to look at me (I meant look at my posts, obviously) with an intriguing title....) |

Ill look for an interesting title, but that seems to be more difficult recently with posts entitled 'How do....', 'what is...' And you have no idea what the thread is about.
I will then look at the OP. If its someone that I don't particularly bond with and I know their type of postings and the fact I won't be interested, then I don't bother reading, but if its someone that I enjoy posts, who offer good debate, then I will read the original post and if interested will post.
I don't always follow this format though |

i do find some people on here funnier than other so if i notice a post by someone who as a rule makes me laugh i will always go read what they have to say
Other than that a catchy thread title will get me reading or when im really bored i just read everything |
